Backup Mail in Microsoft Outlook 2007
- Open MS Outlook > File menu > Import and Export...
- Choose Export to a file and click Next button
- Choose Personal Folder File(.pst) and click​Next button
- Check on Include subfolder > select on Personal Folders and click Next button
- Click on Brows button to choose folder for export file and click Finish button
- Enter file Name and if you want to set password please enter in Password
- Click OK button
